“Localizacao boa, mas precisa melhorar muito a comodidade!”

I liked the service from one of the staff members! It started off badly when the guy overcharged me at the exchange, using a completely irrelevant rate, then the shower was icy, the TV had no remote, the blankets were poorly washed, and the noise in the middle of the night was awful; the breakfast timing was also terrible.

“Buena calidad/precio muy cerca del centro”

I was thrilled with the location and the price, the bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless. The staff were very kind when they stored my luggage on the departure day while I was on a city tour. Thank you so much! The downside was that the hotel was almost empty, yet every time someone moved you could hear the neighbor’s TV and the clatter of the metal stairs. What I didn’t like at all was not having a key for the front door. In theory the staff are there to open it at night, but over two days I had problems. One night I needed to leave for an excursion at 4 am, I told them and they fell asleep, almost missing the meeting point. The next day I was exploring the city, arrived at 23:50 and found the door locked and no one opening it. In theory the door closes at 00:00. Everything else was great.

The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom clean. Everything else was fine.
