The spot is great, the room feels cozy and the kitchen is handy, but the bathroom lacks cleaning supplies and some other guests leave the place messy. I’d recommend a dedicated area for food storage so it doesn’t rot in the fridge.

I liked how convenient the location is, with a bus stop right in front of the building that takes you straight to Notting Hill, White City and Victoria. Nothing else to complain about.

The place is in a good spot, though a few areas feel a bit dodgy. I wouldn’t suggest staying here because the whole property was filthy, only two bathrooms served six rooms, and the digital locks were a nightmare—sometimes taking 3‑5 attempts, once even 20 minutes. There were no hand‑drying towels in the bathrooms. The washing machine broke, and the owner tried to fix it by letting us use another property, but the lock system didn’t transfer to my login, so we paid for a laundromat instead. The room heating didn’t work, and the owner scheduled maintenance while we were still there. The downstairs shower had no temperature control and the water was scorching hot.

The place felt completely impersonal, with no human contact and access only through an app. The room was clean and warm, and the heating was adequate—no cold spots. However, the room offered no amenities: a wardrobe with only two hanging rods, a built‑in wardrobe blocked by a nightstand, a single light above the nightstand, and two barely reachable drawers. The shared bathroom was clean but cluttered with cleaning tools left by others—dental floss, razor blades, a personal hygiene sponge, and toilet paper without a holder, moving from one side of the sink to the other. The tap had no lid, so hot and cold water ran separately and couldn’t be mixed. The bathtub was a risk for falls, unsuitable for older guests. Only one towel per person was provided, used for both body and face, and the bathroom radiator never worked.
