Everything was great—clean, quiet, close to shops and restaurants. It was frustrating to be charged $22 for parking, a fee that was never mentioned and feels excessive. The gym was fine, but the exercise bike was broken.

I was charged $30 because a bag for a blow dryer was supposedly missing, even though I’ve never used a hairdryer. I called the manager, who avoided my calls and didn’t reply; I will never stay here again.
