“Absolutely exceptional experience!”

The location is spot‑on, rooms are immaculate, and the beds are huge and cozy. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Breakfast was outstanding, and dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The spa area is gorgeous, and I was especially impressed by the fabulous Klara Rott cosmetics. Having extra services available on request makes the stay even more special. One small suggestion for breakfast would be to offer free‑range eggs.

The location is great, the grounds are beautiful, breakfast is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and I loved the steam sauna. The room is tiny and lacks closet space, and the AC wasn’t working.
