The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding, and friendly, and the hotel itself is stunningly beautiful with a superb location that offers plenty of nearby activities for a great time. They listened to our needs and made us feel special. The only downside was the parking situation in Nashville, which is extremely expensive and inconvenient; everyone should have access to better parking at lower prices. That issue isn’t related to the hotel, just the local reality, and that’s all I can say we didn’t like.
