The hotel does not exist; we arrived to find it had been closed for several months and no one had informed us.

Nothing was okay. After driving 500 km it turned out the place had not existed since June, even though I booked it in March and no one notified me.

I was treated poorly; the hotel closed without informing us, leaving me without accommodation. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, and the email reply was a brief note that the hotel had closed two weeks earlier, which was very stressful – this is just not acceptable.

We couldn’t use the room at all. When we arrived, the hotel was closed because of a renovation, and we received no notice that it was under repair. At 21.00 we tried to find something to do with our child but failed. After a full day of travel, staying in the car turned out to be the worst thing that could happen to us! Nothing else to add.
