The check‑in process for the room was really poorly organized and took far too long.

The location is very good on the way back to England. The cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, with hair on the floor in one room and unclean glasses in the bathroom. There was no bar to have a drink upon arrival, but the receptionist managed to get us a drink after we’d come a long way. Dinner was very disappointing and lukewarm. The standards definitely dropped compared to our previous visits.
