The contact was very friendly, and the check‑in was handled smoothly even while we were away. The room was spotlessly clean, and it was a perfect stop on a long bike ride for an unbeatable price. Thanks.

Everything was great; I’ll definitely come back again. The sports facilities will probably attract us to Schalke from time to time. The sports part was fine, and for everything else we missed nothing.

The silence was perfect.

The host reliably sent all the important information for a very simple check‑in, and the house was nice, cozy, and quietly located. It was tidy, clean, and had everything you need to take care of yourself. The heating was self‑regulating and turned on, the bathroom had a sink, and to my delight there were blinds. The sanitary facilities were clean, bright, and modernly tiled. The mattress was extremely comfortable, allowing me to sleep pain‑free; I received a second blanket on request. The scent was subtle and pleasantly clean, and there were parking spaces in front of the house. The prices were reasonable. Overall, everything was very pleasant. Thank you for that! It is a bit noisy inside the house; the front door slams loudly into the lock. Unfortunately, not all guests are considerate and close doors quietly or watch TV/music very early for their own ears or with the community room door closed. The host can’t do anything about that. For early‑rising guests this might be less of an issue.
