My stay at Kvernhusheia Gjestegård was very nice. The room and bathroom were clean. The setting was very peaceful and private. The owner was friendly and made a big effort to ensure I was comfortable, settled, and had everything I needed.

The host was very sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and answered inquiries before and after the stay. The forest was quiet with no traffic noise, just nature. The bathroom and toilet were new, clean, and functional. Breakfast was good and prepared by the host. The coffee worked, and I enjoyed a lovely quiet morning. The price was good, and it was easy to find. I like when furniture is new or modern; here it was more relaxed and “chappi chic,” but everything was neat and clean. There was no Wi‑Fi, which is probably very healthy. So, there was nothing to be dissatisfied about.

I was blown away by this spot – it had that extra touch in the lodging, the host, and the breakfast! The place was calm, pleasant, and beautiful, and I’d highly recommend it. 😊👌

The owner was very friendly, and we were lucky to get an entire house to ourselves. Everything was fully furnished – coffee machine, washing machine, dryer… The location was very quiet with a great view.
