The yurta feels magical, and opening the door in the canyon at dawn is amazing; however, after four years it clearly needs upkeep and isn’t what it was back then.

Where do I even begin? This was the worst stay ever, made worse by an extremely rude and unhelpful “owner” who is a scammer—congratulations on that. The roof leaked and water dripped 3 cm next to the power outlet. The bed was broken. The whole place was dirty and stank. There was no door handle in the bathroom, so you had to pee with wind and rain pouring in. The kitchen was filthy and missing items. The “garden” was broken with no seating—only a broken chair. The worst part was the owner, who was absent and spoke via WhatsApp in a rude tone, delegating every task to a cleaning lady who claimed she wasn’t responsible for maintenance, only cleaning. They abandoned the place and somehow think they’re clever enough to keep getting paid for this mess.

Nothing to say positively; the cats fought at night over the yurta, there was half a roll of toilet paper, and cleanliness was poor.

The views and sleeping in a yurta are charming, but the access is a bit tricky—you need a car 100 %.
