“Very distasteful business practice. Especially when it was a busy time and I know our room was given away”

The location had its perks. I made a simple mistake by double‑booking the exact same room for the same dates, asked them to confirm it so I could get a refund, but they refused. This was very upsetting, especially since I was paying over $800 per night. I’m sure you can see how disappointing that is, even though I am a business owner. I travel a lot, as does my family, and I won’t book with Hyatt again.

“Enjoyed the beautiful facility. Liked being the in the downtown area. Note noise comment above.”

I was extremely satisfied with the room and our overall stay. However, there was loud noise at 11 pm from the bar area, which disturbed my wife, a light sleeper.
