“All is well”

The entire complex was great, but the door in the CR didn’t close completely.

“Enjoyed my stay. I wish they would allow checked in members invite their guests to visit them.”

The property stayed in good shape and was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. They were quite strict about allowing guests to use the rooftop pool, and the hot water didn’t work on our first day until we mentioned it to the staff.

“Wonderful”

Breakfast was excellent with many options, though I’d have liked more Pinoy dishes like taho. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly, and our housekeeper Jun was awesome—quick and kept our room tidy. Overall, I’d stay again.

The staff were amazing, professional and friendly. The amenities were great, and everything was within a short walking distance. The food was amazing and the rooms were clean.

Overall stay was okay, but I was told an invoice would be emailed after checkout and three days later I still haven’t gotten it. For a business trip the invoice matters, which is why I asked for it ahead of time.
