There was nothing positive. The staff were very rude, spoke in a harsh language, and communication was rough; there was no management, no staff, no organization, and no cleanliness.

I was disappointed by the food, which felt cheap and overpriced, and we never even tried what we had ordered; the pillows had fungus and a strong odor, and the washroom was unclean.
