The air conditioning was awful and the sinks kept flooding when I washed my hands. I reported both problems to the staff, but they brushed them off as normal. The front desk person who answered the phone about the sink overflow said, “Yea, it does that, just wait a little bit and it will go away.” When I brought up the AC issue, she replied, “It’s because of the rain and many rooms are dealing with that, there is nothing we can do, but I can send a technician to check it.” The technician who came to my room suggested using a box fan, which feels insulting for a double room.

The view and the golf course were nice. The room was old, had no handheld shower, and the bathtub was dirty.

The view from the room and the pool was stunning. The pool was warm and large, and the pool towels were provided. Food at the restaurant and bar was excellent and affordable. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The only downside was that the toilet was close to the pool and there was no way to return inside.

There weren’t enough staff. The hotel needs its electrical system inspected.
