The staff were very helpful and friendly, yet the grounds were littered with empty beer bottles, the shower pressure in room 417 at the Inver Grove Heights location was almost nonexistent, and the complimentary breakfast was a joke: you could choose bread for toast, a frozen waffle, or a bagel for toasting, a generic brand of fruit loops in an open folded‑over bag with no milk, and a single can of pears that required a can opener that wasn’t available; the coffee machine didn’t work.

The only good thing was the location: a quiet area close to the stores; the beds were not clean, the room had a stinky smell, and the breakfast was horrible.
