Delicious breakfast with a wide selection. The shower is convenient and spacious. The room is pretty. The staff is responsive and friendly. The TV channels are only local; there is no satellite TV even though there are more than 200 channels that are inaccessible. Unfortunately there is no elevator.

The shower actually delivered hot water, drained well, and the hair‑dryer worked fine, plus having slippers was a nice touch, though lugging our suitcase up to the third floor was a hassle because there’s no lift.

The only advantage was the location. It was a scam—$37 was deducted instead of $25, and the hotel is old with worn wooden furniture; it should cost no more than $20.

The place was in a decent spot near the center of Plovdiv. Breakfast was awful, and the reviews about it are already outdated. The child’s bedding wasn’t prepared, and the room’s contents didn’t inspire confidence; the kettle had raisins and leaves inside and smelled like fish.
