“Mal”
Check‑in was self‑service. The rooms were poor, had no air conditioning, and the shower lacked a hose. Nothing matched the photos.
“Estancia para una unica noche”
The bed was “comfortable” and we were very tired, so it was enough to sleep. The area was a bit noisy because neighbors played loud music in the afternoon and evening. We also had rude neighbors from other rooms who arrived or left at 5 am, making a lot of noise. The entrance had poorly placed brick walls in a decorative attempt. The room was quite small with one bed, two nightstands, a cheap study table, and a stool. The wardrobe had two shelves with four hangers. At least a fan and a stove were present. The floor looked dirty and some walls were stained. The bathroom and shower were fairly clean, but the shower ceiling was starting to fall. It would have been nice to have a small fridge for water, because in hot Madrid nights it’s very warm and a bit of cold water would help. I feel the price doesn’t reflect what’s offered: a lot of tech at check‑in but I value small details like a fridge, a TV, or two chairs to sit on; the place doesn’t seem truly clean, just a quick mop and done. For a single night (despite being quite expensive) it’s okay, but we wouldn’t stay more than one. It’s near downtown Madrid and the prices are taken advantage of.
“Muy tranquilo”
I stayed in a very quiet and clean room, but it was missing a television.
Clean, spacious, comfortable, fair price, and the location was good. It could be a bit unsafe because when we arrived the room door was open; fortunately we didn’t leave anything behind and always kept our belongings with us. Security could be improved.
“Pasable”
The location was good, but the damp smell could use some improvement.
