A pass‑through hotel for couples; the manager had no idea about the reservation, didn’t attend to us, and told us you didn’t work with them, ending up with a poor experience.

The hotel assistant was very friendly and they sold soda and cookies. However, the listing said air conditioning was included, which wasn’t the case. Hot water was broken, worked only one afternoon after a technician came, then stopped again for the rest of the stay.
