A very pleasant place with a wonderful host and great location. Seven minutes to the metro, groceries, infrastructure, and currency exchange are close by. Host Anna was very welcoming, especially since it was my first time in Tbilisi, and she guided me on a few things. I’d love to stay again and wish Anna all the best!

The location, room size, cleanliness, common area, and the host’s attitude toward guests (she asked the landlady about breakfast) were all excellent. Nothing else to note.

The location is excellent—about a 10‑minute walk to the metro station at a relaxed pace. It’s a private residential area, very quiet and peaceful, and there’s an inner courtyard with a garden. The host is very welcoming, and there are some lovely four‑legged friends around. The room has everything you need. The only minor downside was that my wife and I felt there wasn’t quite enough storage space for our belongings.
