The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is clean (almost like new) and located next to a convenience store. The bedding is firm, but I think that’s already flexible for Japan. Climate control, heating, TV, and internet—all are fine! Nothing else to mention.

The spot is great, but the apartment was poorly insulated and very cold. On top of that, there was only one chair and a tiny table.

When we used the sofa bed, it was enough for three of us. It was comfortable and tidy. A convenience store and subway station were nearby, which was convenient. And most importantly, it was cheap, which I liked. The towels were not plentiful, so we had to do laundry. During the night, it was cold if we didn’t turn on the heater.
