“Genoten”
The location is great, the rooms are spacious and hygienic, but the restaurant feels outdated in style and the breakfast selection is limited.

All staff are genuinely friendly and care about their guests. One example: we mentionned during check in that we wanted to spot a Toucan during our visit. After being in the room for 5 minutes reception called us to come take a look at a Toucan that arrived in its home “tree” to sleep. I was baffled they remembered. We got to see a nice sunset as well. These small things make a huge difference! From receptionist, to restaurant staff, to garden workers, everyone was top notch. All accomodations were splendid: the best food made with fresh and home grown ingredients, good/clean rooms, nice green environment with great wildlife to spot!

We booked a four‑person room and it exceeded our expectations – the space was huge and spotless, the beds were big and very comfortable, the linens felt premium and the toiletries were a nice touch, and after our excursions we always found two bottles of water waiting for us, which we appreciated; the balcony offered peaceful nature views, the indoor pool was large, though the jacuzzi didn’t work perfectly, the hotel’s trail was enjoyable even though we didn’t spot any wildlife, and the garden supplied fresh produce for the kitchen; the restaurant served delicious, well‑prepared dishes, breakfast offered good variety and quality, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly, so we highly recommend it. The only drawback was that some public areas could use a bit more upkeep, but nothing serious.

Excellent from the location to the food.

Modern, renovated rooms. Own rainforest trail in the resort. Large heated pool. Great breakfast with fruit, cake, and bread from the buffet, plus a la carte options (included at no extra cost). The restaurant atmosphere – and even the bar – felt a bit gloomy.
