The location is 2 minutes on foot from the station and 10 minutes on foot from the city centre. The room is large, the bed comfortable. It was quite noisy because it faces a wide avenue. There is no mirror in the room.

The location is extremely central (it’s practically next to the Parma train station). Despite the traffic, I appreciated how quiet the rooms were. The room is very large, the TV is the same, the bathroom and shower have hot water that arrives immediately. The staff are discreet, friendly and efficient.

The location was superb. The host at reception was punctual and even waited for me to arrive. I would stay there again.

I had a horrible stay, the room was at least 40 degrees without air conditioning. The owner said that the lack of air conditioning had been reported, but with these temperatures it should not be tolerated; it could cause some illness, even in hostels where you pay half the price, all rooms are air‑conditioned. In short, it’s an insult.
