“Exceptionally quiet out of the way place at the foot of the town”
The accommodation felt special thanks to Francesca, who responded quickly, was helpful and friendly. It’s an unusual spot tucked down a gravel lane at the foot of San Casiano, and you’ll need a car because the climb to town is tough even for fit people. Still, it’s quiet, tranquil, offers fantastic views, a great pool, good facilities, and a unique vibe. The thermal public baths are a three‑minute walk (outside, free). The town itself is beautiful, laid‑back, with wonderful views and not overly touristy. The only downside is that there are three units, all attached, so it depends if other guests are using them.
“Beautiful place close to town and hot Roman baths-”
The place was super clean, comfy, quiet and close to the thermal springs, but as a single woman on my first agriturismo visit I expected other guests and ended up alone; it felt too remote for me.
“La combinazione terme libere/scavi tempio termale etrusco ne fanno un soggiorno unico nel suo genere”
Complete independence for breakfast, lunch and dinner thanks to the kitchen in the apartment; the property is well maintained and airy, with a kitchen that has a fireplace, plenty of parking, and a play area for kids, all just 2 minutes from San Casciano’s center. The free thermal baths are only a 3‑minute walk, with water at 41.5 °C – a must‑try for the water, and the location is enviable.
Thanks a lot to the owners for the help they gave during my stay.
“la country house che cercavamo”
The garden of this villa is amazing, leaving me speechless.
