There were no towels for guests and no sprays at the toilet.

“Bad”

Nothing I liked. The furniture and walls were damaged, everything looked dirty and noisy, and it felt like a brothel or a backroom in an informal settlement.

“Disappointed on WiFi, overall was good”

I was frustrated that the WiFi kept dropping in the upper floor rooms, even though the hotel claimed it was available.

“Guest”

The ambiance was very attractive and well organized. The bathrooms, bed sheets, floors, the outbreak environment was very hygienic, beautifully decorated and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shower water was warm. The wifi died not connnect at all and it was specified that wifi will be available. From check in to check out, we've been struggling with connection

“The stay was comfortable enough but was ruined by a broken down bath heating system and having to take a bath in a diffe”

The room was reasonably comfortable for the price paid, but there was no hot water because the heating system was clearly broken, and the bathroom step was too high.
