The sauna was great, but the heated pool wasn't very hot; the temperature felt unpleasant in the jets.

“Une fois pas deux !”

The place was very old and extremely noisy—trains ran day and night! The mirrors were all dented, and the room was poorly insulated; you could even hear the upstairs neighbors making noise. The cleaning staff removed the bath mat but never replaced it, and they didn't change the towels daily.
