The location was great and the breakfast was good. However, our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day of our stay; they just apologized and said it had been marked as cleaned. I was very disappointed. I reported the ice maker on our floor three times because it wasn’t working; it was never fixed and there was no notice that it was out of order. The place was very noisy—we could hear people walking above us.

The breakfast was good and the location convenient, but we were surprised by renovation noise from the 4th floor once we were in the room. The staff didn’t mention it at check‑in and offered to move us to the first floor, which I declined because I had requested an upper floor. They warned that construction noise could be expected from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, yet it continued until 8:00 pm and started as early as 8:00 am.

The spot was handy, we liked eating at Glenn's and grabbing donuts from the Donut Mill. Breakfast was convenient, waffles were nice, the rest was mediocre. All in all, it was very nice and quiet.

What I dislike is that the staff didn’t give me a printed confirmation of the bill and payment, even though they said they would. I’m very disappointed.

Great place, service, breakfast. I was upgraded because of a furniture issue. I had to move rooms but was very satisfied with the second one.
