We booked a family room for two, and it was very large and cozy with a view of Arnfels, the parking lot, and St. Johann. It was very quiet, and although the beds weren’t the softest, they were still very comfortable.

The breakfast spread was fantastic and the staff were consistently warm and ready to lend a hand. The only downside was that my room (room 1) didn’t have any blinds, which made it hard to get any darkness at night. Overall, the positives outweighed that small inconvenience.

Everything checked out fine – the room was clean, the service was decent and I didn’t run into any issues during my stay. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so it was a smooth experience overall.

The hotel sits in an ideal spot for hiking and cycling, and the staff went above and beyond with their service. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted just as good as it looked, and the hosts were genuinely friendly and welcoming. It felt like a perfect base for any outdoor adventure.
