“I won't be staying here again.”
The location was good, the room was comfortable and clean. I paid for the room in advance on June 16th, and when I arrived the hotel clerk swiped my card for the entire stay, promising the charge would drop off at the end. I told the manager, who said he would fix it and that I wouldn’t be double charged when I checked out on June 26th. Checking my credit card statement on June 30th, the charge for the whole stay had gone through (not pending), so I ended up paying twice for the stay. Very disappointing.
“Loved it. Will return!!”
The place was close to our target location.
“Breakfast our are main concern”
The place was spotless and right next to everything we needed, but breakfast closed too early and had few options for kids. Usually breakfast ends around 10 or 10:30, yet here it was over by 9, which is annoying when you’re on vacation, arriving late and exhausted, wanting to sleep a bit longer. The dining area was cramped and the staff could have been friendlier; a simple hello would have been nice. Still, I liked it because it was close to Frisco New Park and Kids Universal.
The location was great.
