The lobby was really clean and nice, but that's where the positives ended for us. We booked a room thinking there was no check-in limit, but when we arrived at 1 am, the receptionist claimed they had no record of our reservation and the hotel was fully booked. We had texted them three times beforehand, but apparently, they didn't get the messages.

The room was spacious and had plenty of beds, which was great. However, the staff were a letdown.
