The hotel is located very close to the city center, yet it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and parking isn’t an issue. The sanitary block is shared for the floor (3 rooms). The courtyard of the building is heavily lit at night. Keep in mind that if you’re sensitive to light while sleeping, this might be a problem.

“Пълен ужас”

Okay location, okay furnishings, low price. First and foremost – the place was extremely dirty. The kitchen was shared and every utensil or plate was sticky from grime. If you put your hand on the table and lift it, the cover would stick to your hand (the cover – a nylon sheet over the table). No one says the kitchen is shared. Also nowhere does it say the stove is gas and unadjusted, creating a risk of gas leak and fire. (And let’s not mention that there is no lighter or match.) The microwave was also extremely sticky, the whole wall above the stove and sink was greasy and stained. Everywhere there were cobwebs and spiders. Total horror. The bathrooms were also dirty and smelled, the towels and wraps were extremely old and stained. We kept going. The host was extremely rude, intruded into the apartment whenever she could, with or without reason. When she wasn’t knocking, she just walked in and scolded us for not opening the door. No respect for personal space. When we made a noise in the evening without prior warning, she yelled that we had to be out in 5 minutes or she would call the police, as if we hadn’t rented the place. When I called to ask about the stove, she scolded me for being gas stove, and almost threatened me because I didn’t know how to handle a gas stove. The review says there’s a pool and barbecue – the pool didn’t work, and for the barbecue there were a thousand reasons we couldn’t use it. At check‑out she asked “Did you clean everything?” and forced us to take out the trash ourselves.

A wonderful room with a large bathroom and balcony. A shared kitchen with a spacious dining area. The location of the house was very good, the housekeeper was extremely friendly and responsive, but discreet in presence. I had a great rest, thanks!

This place has everything going for it - the rooms are cozy, there's a kitchen on the floor, and the pool is warm. The hosts are super friendly and the location is perfect, with a walking street, parks, and a mineral spring nearby. I'd definitely recommend it.
