Beautiful, comfortable, and well‑designed.

The overall structure is modern and, given the price‑quality ratio, I find it worthwhile. However, some aspects need more attention: the bathroom showed clear signs of wear and the sink was clogged. The room assigned had a double bed and two single beds, making it quite crowded with little room to move. Even the luggage space was very limited. Breakfast was adequate, with no particular positives or negatives. Regarding location, the city centre isn’t very close. I had accepted this compromise because I thought I could use the on‑site parking, but it wasn’t accessible, so I had to unload my luggage and then look for parking on nearby streets, which made the arrival less convenient than expected. Overall, I expected more comfort and a higher level of maintenance.

The location near the hospital was convenient, and there were no other issues.

The location was great; we were within walking distance of the city centre. When we arrived, there were no parking spaces available, so we had to park outside. What really annoyed us was the staff’s unfriendly attitude; they seemed not welcome, always speaking in Italian, which felt like they were gossiping about us, and they didn’t even offer a friendly face. It’s a shame because the area is so great.
