The setting. It was beautiful, peaceful. I like the woody cottage like concept. It felt like a good get-away from the city, while still being in the city. Bed was comfy. No outside noise. Staffs were accomodating and cheerful It was the best hotel stay. I wanted to extend my stay, hence played with the app requesting for extension but i received no reply.so it was that i found not helpful at all and was not prompt with response. Perhaps improve on that? Wonder why was there such option for communication if, no one from your end going to respond? The hotel receptionist assisted eventually
