The location alone was good, but the bedding had a sweaty smell, and staff were smoking 24 hours at the entrance, letting smoke drift into the rooms – terrible.

Nothing was good at all! The place was unhygienic; the toilet and shower shared the same space in the box with no ventilation or exhaust, the room windows wouldn’t open, and the entire area was dirty with used sheets, pillows, towels, and even the previous guest’s trash wasn’t collected. I left immediately, yet still couldn’t get a refund for the night.

A woman was on site taking care of the rooms during the week, which was a nice touch. The mattress was very old, soft but uncomfortable, and the bathroom door didn’t close because the latch was missing; the toilet was pressed against the bathroom box, making the whole room feel totally uncomfortable. When I showered, water flooded the floor below the shower, which was unhygienic, and the tap in the bathroom sink was loose and leaking.
