The breakfast was great, the private beach was nice, and the staff were very helpful. The kids loved watching the monkeys from the balconies, but you have to shut the windows to keep the monkeys from sneaking in and stealing your stuff.

The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel team is very cooperative and friendly, especially thanks to Ms. Jane from reception for her excellent help. The rooms are old and need more maintenance, yet everything is clean and nice.

The beach and the view of the hotel are amazing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When I arrived they set up the room exactly as I requested, which is crucial for travelers with kids. The hotel offers no activities except the beach and a very small pool; the toilets need updating, and the location is poor for entertainment. There is no lifeguard at either the pool or the beach, and no beach shows like other hotels—only suitable for a short stay.

The private beach gave the place a calm vibe that I loved, and the morning buffet together with the view and food at Breeze on the ground floor were outstanding, while the room itself was spotless; however, the kids’ club could use more facilities and activities—coloring pages don’t really count and the balloon art ended in an instant—though they did manage to arrange an unscheduled face‑painting session on the last day, which I appreciated, and I was also annoyed by the shortage of towels by the pool, which took about 30 minutes to arrive even after I asked for them.
