How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The stay was very disappointing: a strong cigarette smell filled the hotel, making it feel unpleasant; the property was dirty and poorly maintained, with peeling and worn surfaces that looked like they were falling apart. The room and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the experience even worse.

The location was good, but I couldn't stay more than one night; for the other nights I got a refund. The walls were very dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, dampness, a kettle was present but no mug, and the room was very small.

Bed bugs and bugs everywhere

The rooms were clean and wonderful; the morning cleaning staff were especially nice and sometimes we cleaned together. When I showed them my local clothes, they wanted to take photos. I offered to buy coffee, but they said they were too busy; they should raise wages and not upset the staff. Outside, a drying rack and an extra chair would help because the rooms for two people only have one chair, which is tiring.
