We never stayed because the manager told us we would have a room at check‑in, but when we arrived he was sleeping on the reception floor and claimed there was no room for us. There was no room, communication was poor, and the second property we went to had roaches and a cat eating them in the room.

I arrived at Nizamuddin Railway Station, looked at three or four hotels nearby but none appealed to me. Finally I went to the King Palace and it turned out to be the best of them—the bathrooms were very clean, it was a new building, and all the amenities were good. I really enjoyed staying at King Palace, very close to Nizamuddin Railway Station. No negatives.

Nice location but cleaning issues; no shop and no towel in the room. The location was good and the staff were okay.
