We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel: from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Service was excellent, every detail was spot on, and the location was convenient for exploring the area—just a short walk from Waverley station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience; we’ll definitely return.

“Goede overnachtingsplek voor bezoek Edinburgh en Dunfermline”

The room was fairly spacious, the bathroom was fine with a good shower, and the shared breakfast area was nice. The bed was narrow (140 cm wide), we had to arrange breakfast ourselves, and we had to wash our own dishes but there was no tea towel to dry them with. The doors with keypads were a bit inconvenient, especially the outer door in the dark, and the location isn’t very quiet because it’s near an industrial area.

“Great location with easy access to Edingbourgh”

The property was great once you climb a few steps; everything is on one level, parking is easy to find, and the overall layout is convenient. The only issue was the outside door—other guests would let it bang shut.
