The property is just a stone’s throw from the historic center but not in the middle of the city’s hustle. Despite the small space, it has almost everything you could need. The owner was very accommodating with check‑in and check‑out and responded quickly and kindly to several messages for clarifications. The only downside is that the route to the property is uphill, which could be a problem for strollers and wheelchairs. It also lacks a cooking stove and a curtain.
The space is pretty, clean, and on a quiet, nice location. Self‑check‑in was easy. The fridge didn’t work but that was fixed quickly. There was a kettle, some cups, wine glasses, a microwave, and plates/cutlery. The AC was also nice. Unfortunately the space didn’t match the photos entirely. There should have been a window/door that opened and let in light, but the room was on the ground floor and my room had windows that were not exactly as shown. Maybe the other room was, but I booked based on the photos. The garden behind and a kind of hallway outside (almost at cellar level) were used by residents, so due to privacy there weren’t curtains open and it wasn’t as bright as expected. Fresh air was also not really possible. It was quite noisy; I suspect locals with children live above. There was noise at 7:00 one morning, 8:00 another. You also hear a lot of walking, running, vacuuming, and construction sounds. Because of these shortcomings, I didn’t feel it was worth the money.
Super central location, the archaeological museum and the (terrace) sunset bar are just around the corner. Over the bridge you’re already at the cathedral.

The location is ideal, close to the center. The floor has dampness and little light. We were handed the room late and the Wi‑Fi never worked. There were also no bathroom spare parts; we were left with half a roll for two nights. The room itself isn’t bad, but the apartment would need a thorough renovation.

The apartment was clean and in a great location within walking distance of the center; there is also a nearby focacceria where you can enjoy a breakfast with a view of the Old Town. Good connection with railstation.
