“What a gem! Pleasantly surprised!”

The owner was phenomenal, offering tips, advice, and always being available; free beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and sunscreen were provided; the room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and included a well‑equipped little kitchen; parking was free. Nothing to complain about.

“Cute place for a short stay”

The location was great and the place super cute, but the bed and couch were not comfy, though we didn’t stay long.

“Excellent service, comfort and location!”

Don’t be fooled by the word “motel”—this place was SO nice, super clean, pretty, neat, quaint, charming, quiet, and the beds were SO comfortable! They let you borrow beach chairs and towels to take with you. The location is perfect, minutes from the Dunedin Causeway to Honeymoon Island and also from downtown Dunedin! I definitely will be back again! The only thing is be careful leaving anything sweet or sugary around as ants will find their way to it, but that’s kind of to be expected almost anywhere in Florida. Not a big deal at all. They have covered trash bins outside your room and a refrigerator and microwave and it honestly didn’t bother me.
