Close to the West Lake, but the breakfast staff were incredibly lazy; they served themselves with guest food for their own breakfast behind the counter.

I had a wonderful stay! The value for money was excellent and the central spot near ins77 was perfect, with good customer service and a pretty comfortable room.

The hotel's location was a major highlight, but the lack of a suitable lobby for baggage unloading and limited parking options posed some inconvenience for guests.
