The room and staff were all in good order. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in Graz six times now and it’s always the same great place—clean, nicely kept, with a good breakfast and restaurant, and it’s close to Schllosberg, the river, and generally a lovely spot.

The place is a stone's throw from the city center, which is great for exploring. The courtyard garden is a nice break from the heat, and parking in the underground garage is a bonus. Breakfast was spot‑on, and the staff went above and beyond—super friendly and professional. The only downside was the traffic noise at night, but that’s expected given the location.

Warm welcome and a convenient spot, plus the hotel has a charming character and a lovely courtyard restaurant. The only hiccup was that the room didn’t have a tea or coffee maker, and the balcony that was promised was missing.

The location is good, but everything feels a bit dated.
