Everything was almost perfect, though the breakfast could use some improvement.
The location is great, but the Wi‑Fi was really slow and sometimes nonexistent. As a Genius 3 member I expected an upgraded room, yet the hotel staff gave me a completely different one.
“Nice place if you visit for short time”
Very close to everything we wanted to see, the staff were nice and the room was okay, but unfortunately there were ants in our room.
“Awful experience”
I didn’t like anything honestly. The hotel is old and filthy, the room is tinny, and the air‑con control is at reception—you have to call to turn it on or off and adjust the temperature. We stayed 5 days and never had the bed sheets, pillow cases, or towels changed. The neighbors are noisy all the time and the staff won’t help you address it. The cleaning crew wakes you up before 8 AM by slamming the doors. The elevators hold only 3 people, so you have to wait ages for them. Breakfast is included, but the food is the same every single day, tasteless, with heaps of salads. The bed cover is towel‑like; I’ve never seen that before. The staff have limited English, so be prepared that they may not understand what you’re saying.
The front desk personnel were very polite, but we found a bug in our bed and there was no space in the room to walk from one side of the bed to the other.
