The whole team was cordial, the hotel’s facilities were stunning, every meal offered plenty of choices and everything was prepared very well, but the housekeeping service didn’t come to the room every day.

The structure was very good, staff were very attentive, and there was a wide variety of food, but the room had a slight musty smell.

The warm waters were nice, but the all‑inclusive claim was misleading; it felt more like a full‑board option that fell short.
