“Clean hotel - unhelpful staff”
The property was clean and well located as an airport hotel. We booked late because we had a delayed flight and then lost baggage whilst travelling with a 1 year old. We specifically booked a large airport hotel because we needed a travel cot as ours had been lost by our airline. listed this as something the hotel offered. On arrival the receptionist was unable to accommodate this request leaving us with no good option at midnight with a 1 year old. Nobody slept well
The air conditioning is well regulated and very quiet, and everything else was fine.

The hotel was kept in great shape, the breakfast was solid, and the staff were kind and helpful; it also enjoyed a very convenient spot near the bus stop to Venice, with tickets costing €1.50 each, sold at the hotel, and the ride taking about 20 minutes.
The bartender and kitchen were disorganized.

The hotel is clean and not far from the main attractions. The shuttle for guests should be free and included in the reservation cost.
