The family is very welcoming, breakfasts and dinners taste good, and the mountain setting is fantastic—I really enjoyed it, though the renovation isn’t very recent, so be prepared for that.

It’s sort of a family life experience, a gem in tourism where you can dive into local daily life; you can even negotiate for 6 am breakfasts, and if any issues pop up—like my car’s battery dying—her husband helped sort it quickly. Nearby there are plenty of walking trails, and you can easily arrange for food on the walk.
