This place is truly magical! We stayed here with our two boys and we all absolutely loved it. The activities were fantastic, and the location is simply stunning — so beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature. But the real highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, and their knowledge of the park and its wildlife made the experience even more special. You could really tell how passionate they are about the place and the incredible environment around them. It was without a doubt the highlight of our entire trip to Costa Rica. We would love to come back!

Exceptional place, the boat arrival is already an adventure. Room immaculate, great terrace, good restaurant. Turtle outing with Juan was memorable.

We arrived to find the hotel in a great location and the staff were very friendly, but after paying 1150 € for a 70 m² room for two nights we were given a 25 m² room because the larger one was supposedly occupied, and they refused any discount. Breakfast was supposed to be included, yet we were charged for latte coffees—explained as only filter coffee being covered—and even a fruit yoghurt. Watch out, they bill you for every little extra. The price simply doesn’t match; we’ve stayed at other Costa Rican hotels that were far nicer and more professional for a third of the cost. Avoid this tourist trap.
