We stayed here on our way to Santiago during our “camina”; we arrived late at night but everything was arranged smoothly, the place feels steeped in history, and the breakfast was amazing—though I’m a gluten‑sensitive guest, I had informed them beforehand and received a gluten‑free breakfast, for which I’m grateful.

The hotel is stunning in a charming setting, the hosts pay close attention to every detail of décor and guest comfort, the room is large, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view, the breakfast is delicious like in a top restaurant, and I wholeheartedly recommend it ❤️

Everything was perfect; after decades of traveling and staying in hundreds of hotels, Casa Manuel has become my favorite, surpassing even the old St. Pancras Renaissance in London. The owners’ love for the project shows in every detail, and I can’t praise it enough—it truly deserves to be discovered.

It felt like stepping back in time—everything from the building to the rooms and garden was pristine. The spot is right in town, and if you’re lucky you can snag a dedicated parking spot by asking reception. Breakfast was amazing, especially with the garden view, and I felt truly pampered. The bed was super cozy, rooms had A/C and beautiful antique furniture, and everything was fresh and spotless. No complaints at all.
