“Excelente custo benefício, com funcionários super atenciosos!”
The location and the room were good, but the bathroom had a small box.
Well located, good-looking house with a nice and helpful staff. Tasty croissants and butter. Even though it was cold to Brazilian standards (8 degrees Celsius, or 46,4 degrees Fahrenheit, at night with chilly winds and mountain air), we didn't feel cold (except when taking a shower, since the bathroom's window didn't fully close). The place could benefit from a heater. There were no shampoos. The breakfast was very simple, with limited options and no fruits. We had to ask them to change our garbage from the bathroom (the hotel's regulations state that they only change at the checkout). We only saw three staff members, and most of the time there was no one at the reception
The location was fine, but the rooms weren’t cleaned. I stayed three days and nobody took out the bathroom trash. Breakfast was only bread, cheese, ham, and chocolate cake.
“Estadia maravilhosa!”
Everything was perfect! The room was clean, very tidy, had extra blankets, and the bed had a comfortable mattress. Breakfast was prepared with great care and organization, very tasty. I loved the bathroom; the décor is very pretty.
The location was great and the hotel’s facilities were excellent, but the service was terrible. We arrived at 10 am during the Bauernfest, while check‑in was scheduled for 14 h, and the lady who didn’t answer never opened the gate or even came down from the second floor. My wife asked to use the bathroom because the trip had been long and she was tight, but she was denied and the gate stayed closed. At night the fridge had no water and there was nowhere to buy anything, so we slept thirsty. The next morning at breakfast they didn’t offer water, violating State Law No. 3.194/1999 and Municipal Law No. 6.338/2006, and we had to buy a bottle of mineral water at the hotel just to stay hydrated. All the guests complained about this at breakfast.
