The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the fact that part of it is still under construction doesn’t affect the overall pleasant experience. The towels in the rooms are a bit small compared to what I’m used to, but they’re not bad.

Very close to the hot springs and the viewpoint, beautiful surroundings and pool, breakfast and rooms are comfortable. But at that price they should offer more amenities, at least shampoo.

The location was good and the pool was nice, but the room photo didn't match any we saw on Booking. We said nothing because we were tired, the wifi was terrible and without Claro signal we were disconnected. The bathroom was uncomfortable and towels very small, food was mediocre and slow.
