“Muy inclusivo y demasiado bueno”
I really liked it—an exceptionally beautiful and inclusive hotel, with very friendly staff and an administrator who is a genuinely good person; I recommend it 20/10.
The location is convenient. There is space for one or two vehicles, but they’re chained. When I arrived after making my reservation, they told me only cash was accepted, even though there was no prior notice in the reservation conditions.

Access to major roads is easy, as are food options, Unicentro, and transport, and the staff is friendly. The bedroom door feels insecure, almost like a bedroom door; outdoor noise is loud, and the proximity to the 70 highway is uncomfortable for sleeping. The room phone didn’t work, and when I called it didn’t pick up. When I asked for the bill, I had to send an email with a lot of data (which the DIAN says should not be requested for invoices).
